Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Finding this company was a Godsend! If I could give them more stars, I would. I had a roof repair emergency after a storm in the Spring, and there was going to be a bad storm predicted for that night. It was on a Sunday, and they were the only company who responded to my calls. TJ called right away, and he scheduled one of his roofing crew members to come to my home to do the repair, and it was an excellent job. While on my roof the repairman took photos of other problems with the integrity of my roof, so I asked them to replace my roof and gutters. The workers were professional, courteous, and they did an outstanding job with the best materials, and they made sure it was done right. Then the cleanup of not just my yard, but also the yards of my neighbors on either side of my home, was very thorough. TJ, Bob, and the entire crew were beyond wonderful, and I will be using their services again in the future. Thank you Aero Residential Contractors.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a wonderful experience with aero residential contractors. The salesman Robert long was wonderful to deal with. My roof turned out beautiful I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this company I couldn't be more satisfied.,, I just noticed that someone had there friends and family makes a smear campaign against a wonderful company it's very suspicious to me that all those terrible reviews we're all done at the same time they were all posted in a row 5 hours ago, i had a wonderful experience with aero residential and all my family and friends have used them as well with total satisfaction,!!! What a shame ,:(

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had gutters, down spouts & gutter guards installed. I contacted Bob from Aero Residential Contractors for an estimate, met with Bob the same day. I had the estimate the next day. Reviewed multiple estimates over the weekend & decided on Aero. Monday morning I dropped off the signed contract & deposit. Bob mentioned it could take several weeks which was acceptable. That afternoon he called and said a contractor was available that afternoon. I met the team of 5 at 5pm, they completed the job promptly, professionally, working non-stop till completed, cleaning up the job site well. Gutters & Down spouts look great! I would highly recommend Aero Residential Contractors.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Second time I had this company do my roof. First one lasted 13 years and was damaged from some high wind storms. Called Rob Long about making some repairs and after a discussion ,decided to replace whole roof with a better and more modern shingle . Whole process was as easy as the first time. Rob does a great job of communicating from start to finish. Crew did an excellent job of tearing off and replacing roof. Job site was cleaned up when the job was done and there was no trace of them being there. Always do excellent work and easy people to work with !!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contacted Bob Long of Aero Residential about a month ago to do some gutter guards and paint a bay window extension roof for me. He had done work for me prior, so he was my first call. You only go back when you're happy with the service provided. Bob came out to give me an estimate. I accepted and gave him the job. Bob and his crew were very professional and pleasant. I'm very pleased with a job well done. Bob will always be my first call if ever his services are needed again. He's very patient and doesn't rush you

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have used AERO ROOFING several times including my personal home and client's homes for listed property. Everytime Aero comes through and delivers what they promise. Referred them to another Realtor who needed them for their personal rental property for a roof replacement and she said she would use them again and would refer them. Ask for Robert Long!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A neighbor told me about Aero. I gave them a call and someone contacted me back within the same day. I worked with Bob who came out and sent me an estimate. I told him I would get back to him because I had a couple companies giving me estimates. He was very patient and told me to just let him know if I wanted to continue with Aero. I contacted Bob about a week and a half later telling him I was ready to proceed with their company. He swung by and gave me a booklet with different colors. We sat down and choose which one I wanted. He order the stuff and the guys had it all done within a week. The guys did an amazing job! They were out there working hard and came back to finish everything the next day. The roof looks AMAZING. They cleaned up the mess and didn’t even see a single nail on the ground. The experience was smooth and easy. I feel like I made the best choice for my home! I would recommend them if you want great customer service and done in a timely manner. Thank you Bob and your whole team for all you have done!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We previously used Aero (under its former name) for a roof replacement more than 15 years ago, and due to recent storm damage, we needed to replace our roof again. After getting several estimates from different contractors, we chose Aero once more—not only because of their reasonable pricing but also because of our positive past experience with the company.

The Project Manager, Robert Long, was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He kept us updated with the work plans and schedule. The workmanship was excellent, completed on time, and the crew left our property cleaner and more orderly than when they arrived.

We are very satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Aero to family and friends.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My house was built in 1925 and needed a much overdue replacement of the old main roof, the roofs over the wrap around front porch and the scullery kitchen on the back, plus replacement of the facia, soffits, and gutters. Basically the whole top of the house. The owner TJ gave me a really good price relative to other estimates. The work was done in stages. It took 6 days but each day they completely cleaned up, and it was not easy because of camellias and azaleas growing against the house. They covered the bushes to protect them. When the job was done, I had an issue or two, as I am kinda picky, but I went ahead and paid my balance and hoped they would come back. They did and fixed everything to my total satisfaction. A really good job and very reasonable for the amount of work. I will be going back for more renovations as I can afford.

I was referred to Aero Residential Contractors and could not have been more satisfied with the entire roof replacement experience. TJ was my assigned roofing consultant and he was exceptionally professional, polite, detailed oriented and thorough. My tenant was complimentary of every member of the Aero team in regard to their professionalism during all phases of installation. I have owned rental properties in Baltimore for 15 years and this was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It's been a year now since they put on my roof and they did an excellent job. My roof was badly damaged. About 14 or 17 pieces of plywood that needed to be replaced underneath. The roof was leaking. They got the job done in one day. They were on time. Also I had went with two estimates. The first company that claimed they were offering discounts wanted double of what Aero charged. Just the fact that they didn't over charge me. They are fair. I love that about companies and that is hard to find. So far so good. No leaks still looks great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience with Aero. Got a great roof at fair price. My top 2: they were patient with me and helpful - I like to ask lots of question and compare - they were really great with that. They showed up on time, used good materials - without breaking my bank. Tammy checked in regularly and made everything very easy! I would highly recommend! I'm guessing these bad reviews are about the old company... The folks running this place deserve kudos.
